Regarding Epik, I got one of my ref letters in hard copy from my university lecturer. However, the other reference came from overseas, I got them to scan the letter and send it to me. It is on company letterhead, can I just print it out and send it?
Also the scanned letter's signature was done in a kinda marker pen rather than a standard biro. I know they are picky over this issue, should I just cover the signature with a similar marker pen?
The paper on the real hard copy letter from the university is much thicker than when I print out the other letter, is this problem?
Opinions, criticism, advice, tips etc greatly appreciated. |

I think most of those issues are not a big deal, but they do stress that they need an actual signature and not a copy of a signature. So if you print out the scanned letter, the signature will not be real. I don't know how strict they are on the issue.
I doubt the other things make a difference. |

Thanks Taya!
Yeah that's exactly what's worrying me. I could just trace over the scanned signature with a marker type pen like the original signature.
I'm beginning to be creative if not a little fraudulent, I could place some white paper over the signature, scan it again and copy the signature in the resulting new white space.
Any thoughts? |

Please Please Help!! with this. I kinda need to know fast because I have to send them tomorrow or at latest the day after. I've heard all the horror stories about documents being rejected (even when everything appears to be in order), so I really don't want everything to go to **** because of this little issue (or what may become a big issue).
Any input greatly appreciated! |
