I recently opened up an account with Korean Exchange Bank (KEB), and to do any online banking I have to download and install npBankPack.exe. When I download the file, it starts to load and then I get some weird message in symbols because for whatever reason Hangul isn't supported on the error message and it doesn't work. Anyone know what to do?
