Hey everyone,

I remember about a year ago, I met up with some Korean friends at Coex and went to the board game room. It was a blast! When I went again in the summer, I noticed it was gone!

I've looked online, but there doesn't seem to be any recent listings for board game rooms. I used to think I outgrew board games, the experience is truly irreplaceable.

Anyone know where there's a board game room?

They're everywhere. High concentrations in places like Gangnam Station, Apgujeong (probably has the most I've seen, but almost all of them are set up like poker rooms more than the traditional board game cafes), Myeongdong, Sinchon, Hongdae.

Tell us where you live/want to play, and someone will tell you if there's one nearby.

Sinchon, Hongdae, Gangnam -- anyone know?

Honestly, I'd like to try going to one after some heavy drinking... seems like a fun, safe evening.

Gangnam, not one far from exit 7
hongdae, not one far from exit 5.

sinchon, do you mean the one near hongdae or the one near jamsil?

for simplicity's sake, just go to map.daum.net and copy and paste this in:
보드게임카페 and then where you are looking for:
gangnam 강남
hongdae 홍대
sinchon 신촌 or 신천 depending which it is you want.
that will help you locate some near those locations.
or leave it off to see a lot
