So my new job is a new hagwon and they're on their own(they decided not to go the chain school route last minute). Everything is great and they agreed to all of the usual benefits legally given verbally and contractually. Work starts in 12 days....
However, they don't know anything about running a hagwon, so how do I make sure these benefits get done and not forgotten?
They'll gladly let me handle the documents and travel myself it seems. Anybody handle this stuff themselves? |
