they have a picture of all the police standing outside during the scuffle. I thought it was kind of funny given that in any other country they would be inside...

Korean National Police are not allowed to enter the hall of National Assembly under the current law. They have what is equivalent to the Capitol Police in the US, who has jurisdiction inside the building. They wear black suits and service shields, which makes them indistinguishable in this mess.

Korean NA is like a mafia turf war, they have a showdown every once in a while, which is why I maintain that they deserved to be shot for how they fail the taxpayers and their country.

I didn't know that, makes sense. Not a whole lot they could do anyways. I'm sure they were greatly outnumbered.
