Hi: I recall reading in one of the SK newspapers that the government was in the process of passing a law to subsidize daycare and child care for both foreign and korean families in SK.

I've checked the Korea Herald and Korea Times archives and cannot locate the article.

Would anyone happen to have a link they could provide.
