Did the Korean Embassy move from the Pacific Star Building?

Yes, I went to the Pacific Star building and it was no longer there. The porter at the front door gave me that as the new address. |

Please note that they refused to do my (by no means first) VISA there because I'm not a resident of the Philippines.
Does that sound crazy? I thought so too. |
