I am currently working at a school and I plan to finish my contract here in March. I am currently talking to another school for when I finish this current contract. What documents will I need to do the transfer of visa from my original school to the future one? Also, I handed in a notarized copy of my dimploma when I got my first job here, will I have to hand in another one?

I know about the CBC and how it is all up in the air.

Is there any kind of special form for the letter of release?

notarised and apostilled CBC under 6 months old.
notarised and apostilled diploma under 6 months old.
4 passport photos, 3 signed copies of contract, medical evaluation, 3 sealed transcripts, scanned photocopy of passport.
You may also be required: 2 work references, an essay, and anything else asked for by your school or district.

Yes, but apostilled as well this time.

As far as I know there is no special form.
Your employer has to go to the immigration office with you and fill out the necessary documentation. Then your visa is cancelled and you have 2 weeks to leave the country.
