The CBC/FBI? So, will they give a visa after January 1st?

The apostile diploma is law now, its understandable and doable (cheers to apostilepro!). My visa is running out December 31st, so is it ABSOLUTE after January 1st, everyone needs a CBC or is it next year?!? I sent my info in but still....no answer.

If its next year, then I can just take a vacation and come back and find a job. The end of December isnt a time that theres alot of good jobs. Man, this sucks for sure.

Please, someone?

any new or renewals as of jan 1, 2011 need these. i'm in the process, as i have to renew early 2011.
