Hello everyone. I sincerely hope this is the right place to post my question.
I'm looking for advice regarding the best way to find a good Indian or other foreign mobile developer (Iphone applications/Android) in Seoul. Bringing an Indian into Seoul from India is not a problem either, but finding a good developer overseas may be difficult.
Does anyone have advice on how this hiring process could best be accomplished?

| Maybe try the technology forum...but...most of us are teachers...we don't hire a whole of app makers of any nationality. |
