Do you think you are being screwed by your director or wonjangnim?
Are you still sticking it out?
Is one of them an A-hole and the others just "Yes-men and Yes-women"?
Do you have a "Covert investor" or "CIA manager" who only tells you to straighten up or else he/she will send the "boys" to you late at night?
When there are unclear situations, the director looks at it negatively all the time!
When you get an emergency phone call or text message from a director, it is always bad news.
When you show up 2 hours early to do lesson planning, instead of being rewarded, you get reprimanded for 1 hour for not taking perfect attendance.
This is a very unscientific poll but this is related to my PhD thesis!
Thank you all for participating in this "unscientific" survey for teachers and other educators!

My last director was a little rat-faced cockroach of a woman. Complete scum.

I'm curious about the gangster-director situations. How often does that happen?
