Does anyone know where there's an English-speaking catholic church in Busan? In Seomyeon maybe?

Try Jung-ang Catholic Cathedral. Exit 5 of Jungang subway station and walk up the hill for about 400m. You pass a bunch of menswear suit n tie shops on the left and just after that there's the fenced off Bank Of Korea building. Turn left into the side street immediately after the Bank Of Korea building and you'll see it on your left. It's 중앙성당 (Jung-ang Seongdang) in Korean if you need to ask anyone.

I'm not Catholic nor even a church-goer, I just happen to have a couple of close friends in Busan who are and have been there to see them perform in concerts. So I can't guarantee 100% that it'll meet your English speaking requirements, but I'd guess it's as likely to as anywhere else.

I have always thought a catholic mass should still be conducted in Latin for this very reason.
