The worst, in terms of trouble-making, students at my school presented me with a tidily printed list of obscene phrases, translated from Korean...

I don't know. I think I'm supposed to get mad, but I'm sort of touched.

To be fair, I don't think the list was intended for me. I think they made it for their own reference, but then one boy gave it to me hoping that the other kids would get into trouble. I just showed it to my co-teacher, and she put it in her pocket, and we kept teaching. After class, we showed another teacher (a non-hysterical type) and we all had a giggle...

The co-teacher mentioned that the list is actually well done, the translations are somewhat accurate (although losing a lot in translation), and the spelling is perfect. We're wondering if there's a way to get them to put this kind of effort into their regular studies.

Anyway... merry Christmas, everyone!
