Left Patong Beach just as it was getting messy in order to catch my 2am flight. I as well saw the insides of my eyelids as I slept for the first time in three days. Awesome trip, and I saw enough "crazy" in 6 days to last me an entire year here in Korea. [/img]

saw fireworks go off in Shanghai as my well delayed flight finally took off for Thailand.

getting the hell out of frozen Korea and away from Korean culture, at least temporarily, is the best New Year's present I can think of.

Bangkok, pool side liquid dinner.

Saw girls in bikinis.

Not as good as last year when the girls were without bikinis (same city though).

Was shocked to see snow when I returned.

speaking of BKK, they put on some boy band K pop at the gym yesterday at the end of my workout.

Almost ruined a good workout.

K pop is very popular in Thailand.

and it makes sense, when one pauses to think about it. Thai males have long ago gotten in touch with their inner gay selves. The Koreans simply deny it. Very Happy

Lots of Wonder Girls and Girl's Generation (SNSD), there are even Thai versions of the stuff.

I have to admit I like "Gee" and "Oh!" and even "Hoot" so no problem there for me Embarassed
