Cha said the government has also decided to scrap the proposal for a point system and make the definition of highly skilled professional ambiguous so that a group of 12 government and civic panels will determine who the beneficiaries will be.

Absolutely hilarious. This is supposed to be part of efforts to reverse a "brain drain", so they make the rules even tougher?

The government seriously needs a reality check.

Man, I knew this would happen. Thank god they shut it down before people put years into that language/culture class.

Read the article, this is NOT the F2-7 visa, this is for dual citizenship.
