I am familiar with the many unexpected changes that happen in Hagwon schedules. But recently my director has been changing our schedules (my co-workers and I) almost every two weeks.

Also parents of the children have been coming into the school 'worried' about their children.

Any clues?

Your hagwon-boss changed the schedule at the behest of one mother. Thereafter, another mother complained about the change, so it was changed some more, which possibly begot new changes. There are probably many shallow reasons for the changes. e.g. a kid's mom wants him to go to a math hagwon on a day when he goes to your hagwon or a mother is mad that her kid only gets three classes when another gets four. This possibly indicates that your school is having troubles with money because your boss is willing to jump through so many hoops for the customers.

Make sure you save up at least enough to either get a plane ticket home or hold you over until you can get new visa documents. I might be over-extrapolating, but being pessimistic about my job here has always paid off.

Well it's more like he told certain kids not to come because they acted 'weird ' according to her. Sometimes we teachers will talk to her and once we mention something ( and I mean the smallest complaint or comment) about a kid, or even mention something new that we want to do, it automatically happens. On top of this there a re schedule changes. Yet the school has only gained 1/2 of the students it lost in the past two weeks.

Well, I just felt like writing a story, so you shouldn't pay too much attention to what I said the first time. I like to give out bad advice and anecdotes over the internet for fun sometimes.

You should ask your director instead. If it's burdensome to you, then tell her that, too. It seems like she at least listens to what you say if she makes changes after every time somebody says something. It sounds annoying the way you put it, but it's not like she's been ignoring your input.
