I saw an article in the Groove about this new place called Studio X Fitness with and was wondering if anybody could attest to how good/bad it is etc.

The place is awesome. In fact, to say 'the place' is wrong - its the workouts designed by the trainers, the energy in the sessions and the atmosphere that the students bring to the gym that make it great.

The boot camp sessions will have even the most hardcore guy throwingup but they can also be completed by someone who is just off the couch because you set your own pace and standard.

Check it out for sure. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/STUDIO-X-FITNESS-Seoul/131525536882440

Agreed. The staff is fantastic and the workouts are so varied that you can go in 5-6 days a week and never overtrain. This place is going to revolutionize fitness in Korea, and they deserve all the kudos and press they're getting.

Classes have been so full that I've had to book at least a week in advance, but they've boosted their boot camp schedule to meet the demand.
