Air Asia
(sidenote, Air Asia is the largest discount airline in SE Asia, with Kuala Lumpur as their hub - so this can be a good gateway)
Air Busan
Cebu Pacific:
Philippines: Cebu, Manila
Jeju Air:
Japan: Kitakyūshū, Nagoya, Osaka
Thailand: Bangkok
Jin Air:
Thailand: Bangkok
USA: Guam
Zest Airways:
Other destinations and/or airlines?

keep an eye on Eastarjet, I know they're planning on starting up to China soon (Shanghai and somewhere else) but as of yet they haven't got those flights off the ground (pun intended). |

OK, if anyone notices when/if EasterJet gets their planned int. destinations running, that would be great...
On Air Busan's website, I actually see Fukuoka and Osaka as drop-down options. I'm not that great with Korean - does the website say Kita Kyushu will be added? |

I see no option on Zestair's site to fly from Korea to anywhere.
I know they do some charter flights. |

I noticed that as well. I'm unsure. That used to be a drop-down option I believe. Also, Incheon-Kalibo is still included on their 'International Routes' page: http://www.zestair.com.ph/international_route.html
And also on the flight schedule PDF...
Perhaps if anyone has emailed or talked to them they can shed some light. |

Any cheap flights to HK? I'm itching for dim sum, BBQ pork, and good food in general. |

Cathay Pacific, Korea Air, Thai Airways, and Asiana all fly there directly. You might try their websites, or one of the Korean-language general-search sites, if you can navigate them:

http://072.com/index_new.htm
I'm unsure which other airlines (with a layover) would go there/be inexpensive. |

Update:
If you go to Zestair.co.kr there are flights to Philippines from Busan or Incheon. But I don't see an option for a one-way. My wife will call the office on Monday. |
