Hi, Ive left Korea (I'm in China).
Is it normal that KT have taken a 76K won cancellation charge? They claim its because I cancelled before 2 years. |

if you signed a 2 year contract with them (usually in order to get a free or discounted phone), then yes, it's normal.
phone companies have similar policies in the US and I highly suspect in the UK as well.
76,000 is pretty cheap. good thing you didnt sign up to get a discounted iphone - it'd be in the 100,000s then. |

On a similar note, any idea what the cancellation fee for Skylife is?
Looks like I'll be cancelling mine about 3/4s into a 24 month contract. |
