870 is the lowest end i7 (similar to i5 750) and came out in 2009. You're going to want another HD probably throw in a 1TB. The GTX 470 is ok for now still performs worse than the HD 5870 or the HD 5970...but with the 570 and 580's out expect price drops on the 400's. I'm guessing the Samsung DVD ROM isn't Blu-Ray?
