|
|
I'm on my way out of the country in a couple of months and I've been thinking about getting some travel insurance.
Anyone able to recommend an insurance plan or company based on experience? I'll be in Eastern Europe doing a bit of training and buying some tools that, while not exhorbitant, I'd hate to take the lose of in a baggage handling mixup. I doubt there'd be canellations with the training but it would be nice to guarantee full coverage on my flights if things went bad and I needed to rebook. It would be nice having the other potential problems covered - stolen/lost passport etc..
Thanks for sharing any experiences. |

Thanks, I'll check it out.
Did you have to use it by any chance? |

yep just said I used it over x-mas to the phillipines....
really good coverage, u'll see from the policy.
I don't know anyone that has actually made a claim from them before, but there's nothing on any forums about ppl having trouble with them, which is encouraging. |

Yeah, that's what I was curious about - in the event of _____ did anyone have difficulties. Insurance companies are always super helpful when you're paying the premium.
You're probably right though, people would complain if they had a bad experience.... |
