EDIT: The only question I have left after researching is how hard will it be to get the F2 visa and marriage if I am in Korea on a tourist visa, not working?

I was hoping to start job hunting after I get the visa, as it would be easier to find one and hopefully I would have better options.

If you're getting married in Korea, see here:

As long as your spouse has a job, and/or you guys have savings, and/or a rental property already. You'll be fine for getting your F2. Plenty of SE asian brides who aren't working get an F2 everyday. It's a resident visa, and not an employment visa, you aren't required to be working. you're only required to show economical means to provide for yourself.

have your spouse call immigration and get them to specifically spell out what they want as various people have found them to ask for different things which have included:
1 - 30 million in cash in the bank
2 - 30 million in assets (includes rental properties)
3 - work contracts
4 - nothing at all

Thanks. I had another question also. Does anyone have a link to the process to get a working visa after getting an F2?

You can work at almost every job with an F2, except as a prostitute and in some manual labour professions, you don't need a working visa. It's a residence visa, but covers employment as well.
