I went there with the family on Sunday. The Suji's in Incheon is located in the food court of Shinsaegae Department Store at the Incheon bus terminal.

The place is cramped and noisy. Well, it is a food court. The staff were bilingual and helpful. They were no problem.

The problem I had was with the food. I ordered the reuben and the wife got the Suji's omelet. First, the reuben. Reubens are supposed to be sliced corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on rye bread. The soggy disgusting mess that arrived on my plate was NOT a reuben. The bread was a far cry from rye. The sauerkraut was mixed in with this nauseating orange "special sauce" that made me want to upchuck. The Swiss cheese was PROCESSED! Come on. Processed cheese. Moving on, the omelet looked OK on the outside, but was like the inside of a dingo's stomach internally. It had potatoes, cheese and bacon, inside. The eggs were really runny and they caused the undercooked bacon to be soggy. Sort of like, well, soggy undercooked bacon. Again, upchuck. The potatoes would have been much better on the side as hash browns.

Has anyone been to the one in Itaewon? Better? How many of these places are there?

I'm afraid this is the kind of foreign restaurant where the staff know absolutely nothing about foreign food. When they have a break they probably order in Korean food. (a sure sign that what they scrape of the pans in their kitchen is not fit for human consumption)

The sauce you found was Russian or Thousand Island, which are standard on a Reuben.

I'm willing to bet they charged you an arm an a leg $$$$ for that piece of crap rueben. Shocked

Suji's is the biggest ripoff in Korea. Why people patronize them for their crappy overpriced food is beyond me.
