hi guys,
my first contract's up in the middle of february and i'm looking to start at a new school in the beginning of march. i'm hearing different things as far as what i need for the visa transfer.
one recruiter says that i can get a first time, 13 month transfer/extension without the fbi check, and without the newly apostilled degree copy if the immi office didn't lose my first one. can anyone corroborate/repudiate?
