i need some work done on my laptop (clean out ventilation system and upgrade ram) and external hard drive (recover memory). can anyone recommend a good computer technician?

i found one on the hiexpat website. http://hiexpat.com/marketplace?page=show_ad&adid=2585&catid=9&title=licensed-pc-mac-repair-sales-and-upgrades--korea-classifieds-housing

but they're too far away. i'm in seoul btw.
