My co-teacher is out today so need some help translating. This is the only day I can go to the police station before 5. I'd like to get my Korean Criminal Background check. If anybody could translate the text below into something I can print out and take to the police station I would really appreciate it. Thanks =)


I would like a Korean Criminal Record Check for "personal use". I will have to turn this in with my application for a public school teaching position. Thank you.

(The personal use part is important) as it says on the app: "On the application form, you should indicate that the document is for "personal use", not employment purposes."

While using machine translators is often ill advice, in this case it's a pretty straightforward case. You can probably get someone to proof read it too ( a lot easier than getting someone to translate and write ).
I don't browser support for korean characters, so that's the best I can do right now!
