This place is great. There's too much to it that I know I'm going to leave stuff out.

It's fully furnished... so much nice furniture: queen-sized bed, big, beautiful dresser drawer, cozy computer chair and desk, two comfortable couches along with a coffee table and a big flat-screen TV and huge air-con unit in the living room, refrigerator, washing machine, second bed in the smaller bedroom, microwave, tons of dishes... everything you'll need, or more than you'll need, probably. That was the case for me.

The master bedroom is very big, the living room is big, the 2nd bedroom is small but also furnished- good if you have a friend staying with you, and I've even made money off it in tough times by renting it out for weeks at a time. The kitchen rocks. It has an OVEN (a REAL oven), and the bathroom has a shower with a FULL TUB!

Unlimited water is 10,000 WON per month. I've lived in a few places in HBC, and this seems pretty standard.

You can also take over my internet/cable connection, which is about 10,000 WON less than normal, because it is about to enter the third year of the contract. It's about 25,000 WON for lightning fast internet and probably sixty or eighty channels... not sure- I almost never watch TV, though the TV is really big and really nice, and my internet cable is really, really long and you can use a laptop in any room in the house- like wireless, except that it ALWAYS works and always works FAST!

I bought all this furniture separately when I moved in, and I'll only give my place over to someone who agrees to do the same. I paid 600,000 for it and added a few things, and this was only a month ago (I'm suddenly changing job locations and the commute is just too rough), so I expect 600,000 WON as well. When I saw the apartment and its furniture, I was happy to pay it to move in here, and I expect you will be happy to do the same, just as the next tenant will be, thus giving you your money back when you leave.

Key money is 3,000,000. It's available about January 16th, but I'm flexible. I still have to figure out the dates of the place I'm likely moving into

So... send me a PM and you can come take a look. It is right off the main street in HBC (no hills!), but somehow still completely quiet. About an eight minute walk to Noksapyeong Station, fifteen minutes to Itaewon, and a five minute walk to the bus stop.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures. It's a must-see sort of place anyway. I'm sad to leave. For those who don't know Haebangchon, everyone speaks English here and you're in central Seoul and have tons of good (international) restaurants and bars around here.

You also have the option of using the cleaning lady who used to come to the previous tenant. I've used her once and she does a bang-up job. Only 10,000 WON per hour, and she cleans the hell out of the place. She'll come once a week, once every two weeks, or whenever you want.

As for the key money, before you move in we'll simply have to go to the real estate agency and sign a receipt together that you gave me 3,000,000W in key money. Then when you leave, the landlord gives it to you instead of me. This will obviously all my on the lease/contract. Oh, also, the landlord speaks perfect English.

I should also mention that there is a 100,000 WON processing fee with the real estate agent, in order to write a new lease. It's probably a bunch of BS, but he'll insist that there's no way around it.

I'm free in the evenings and on weekends. Please PM me if you're interested.

Acutally the process fee is BS. You can just get a written contract with the landlord without any fees.

Is this apartment still available? (I don't seem to have PM privileges yet on Dave's.)
