The going rate is the most you can get for an hours work.
I don't accept less than 45,000 for 1 hour (close to my house)
If I'm travelling more than 30 mins, no less than 50,000
If it's a block schedule I negotiate.
The companies are most likely not paying medical or housing, so the hourly rate should reflect that. |

Criminal records are an area I don't know about.
Always worth asking for more though. The worst that can happen is they say no. |
