on the fbi crc application, you can check the fedex account box or first class mail box. did anyone use the first class mail? did you have to include a self addressed stamped envelope? or was it free? |

If you just use first class mail you don't have to include anything. At least that's how I understand it. I'm still waiting to get mine back, so I'm not the best to answer. |

I included a SASE and they sent it back in the manila envelope they used to send back my paperwork so it wasn't needed. |

I checked the first-class mail box. I hope that after charging me $18 they will help me out with a $.44 stamp.
FYI, I used Korea Post's EMS service and my documents made it to the FBI in 4 days. It cost me 16,500 won to ship them out.
