Is there a jjimjilbang in Seoul where you can sleep overnight, and then use fitness facilities in the morning?

I searched a little online and found some in Busan that said "fitness" but they basically just had an empty room with hardwood floors and yoga mats. That's better than nothing though because I could at least do pushups without getting looked at weird. But looking for actual workout tools, and in Seoul.
