Does anyone know when it's going to open? I heard April 21st. On my latest search it stated July 2011...I haven't heard anything from anyone, but each time I look it's the same two cars being tested all day since March...
With new subway and train lines, you never know when they will actually open. The #9 line in Seoul opened late because of problems with the card readers. It happens.
