Hi All,

I'm trying to find out about the requirements and the best way to go about finding a job teaching business English in South Korea? Any help is appreciated.

It is true. There are business English jobs out there and they pay well but gyopos who are bilingual are their main hires. Being white won't give you an advantage like it does with the mothers of Korean rugrats. These gigs however only pay well for part-time half ass hours. Therefore, like many of the kyopos I know on F-4s, you have to stack the part-time hours together to make a decent monthly salary. THere is absolutely no hagwon in existence that will allow you full-time hours at the normal corporate private rate (40k+ won). They will put you on a measily 2.5-3.0 salary cap immediately. It is why the F series visa holder that does business english(mainly bilingual gyopos) only works part time but at 2 or 3 different locations. It is the only way to make coin unless you have your own setup.[/quote]
