Look for or ask your co-teachers about the nearest "Woman's hospital".
There are lots around and they can take care of a smear for you. They will understand a routine request like that even if English is not their strong suit (but my wife has discovered that there is usually at least one, if not more, English speaking ob/gyn in a "Woman's hospital".

The pill is over the counter in Korea. Take in your old one and they will match the dosage for you. Cost is usually between 6-10k won per month for it.

Check out the FAQ page: http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=24208&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15

The info on Dr Sung is still current. Some people like her some don't. One thing that's guaranteed is that the staff all speak English.

I still use Miz Medi (more info in the FAQ page), though Dr Seo left unfortunately. The other gynos there speak English, not brilliantly, but well enough. The reception staff members' language skills can be a little hit or miss so you can either go in to make an appointment if you live close, or you may have to try a couple of times on the phone till you get someone who speaks English. For me, it's literally 5 minutes walk from my house, so worth the lower English skills for the convenience of the location.
