I am looking for a beginner level book for learning French. I would like to have a set including a book and CDs for listening exercises. Any suggestions? |

French in Action by Pierre Capretz is how I learned my French in university. Includes video, text book with grammar, etc. |

I highly, highly recommend the Pimsleur audio course. Helped me immensely. It's available *ahem* online, if you can't find the physical discs here. |
