Basically I bought two tickets to Cebu and now the person I was going with isn't coming. Ive heard they are pretty terrible at refunds, but they have something in place to give you a credit for future flights. Has anyone used it? I assume Ill still get raped with taxes and fines, but I have about 500 bucks to spend, wondering if it would be worth it to fly around to different spots during my two week stay using that.
