anyone know where I can get some made? Closer to Gangnam the better. What is the minimum number usually for those that have done this? thanks

You can get them done at Kinko's in Gangnam.

I think the minimum is usually 200, although it depends on the type of card stock you want. You'll get more regular white cards for the same amount than you will for the fancier glossy ones.
