Does anyone know if I can phone ahead for a Costco pizza? They take like 20 minutes to make, right? I've never ordered a full one. I'd rather not sit in the food court and wait, so I was wondering if this is possible and if anyone's done it. Thanks.

I know you can do this in the US, but I don't think you can do it in Korea. Back home there were signs with a telephone number and instructions to order (the signs were impossible to miss) but I haven't seen them here.

If you live in Gangnam, you can call a haejuseyo service. These services basically run errands for you. For example, "go to Costco, pick up a combo pizza and deliver it to my house."

Done it a bunch of times. If you're ordering 2 pies, it comes out to cheaper than ordering 2 pies from Papa John's or Dominos.

The delivery fee will usually average around 15,000 won. We've got it as low as 10,000 and quoted 20,000. Even at 15,000 won, 27,500 for the pie and delivery isn't that bad but you really make out when ordering 2 or more.

I think these places are beginning to wise up, though. A lot of them refuse to go to Costco. We've had delivery people complaining about waiting in line for a really long time, haha.

Nevermind, I just picked one up around 9pm. There was no wait, they had some ready to go. I love living so close to costco.
