I have heard of some other people with a level 4 on the TOPIK that are currently working as translators. I am at level 5 right now, but am confident that I will be at level 6 in a couple months. After my current teaching contract expires I am looking to get more of a career oriented job here. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks a lot.

IF you don't mind the longer hours and pay cut (and loss of benefits) then just about every daily newspaper and news service in the country has at least one staff member whose job is to read the English news wire services to scan and translate to Korean.

If you want to do something related to your degree (assuming your degree was in the science or business sector) then try a few of the professional recruiting services (they usually run ads in the English papers).
