I agree, and feel thankful that this is the case. As the barriers to entry into writing, acting, singing, directing, and other fields are lowered, we will start to see more truly talented authors, actors, performers, directors, etc. Thank goodness for Youtube, self-publishing, the Apple App Store/Android Marketplace, etc. By making it so that anybody can find a wide audience, we should continue to see an explosion of truly talented people. At least, I hope this will keep happening.
