so I booked a flight back to INcheon from Beijing but i fudged it a bit and end up getting back at 12:10am on Monday the 6th.....other than a a bus at 7:10am anyone have any suggestions on how to get back in time for work that same day at 2:30?

Sounds like more than a little bit of a fudge.
If you can't reschedule, I would forget about working the next day. Lie if all else fails.

About getting back home, it will probably be well after 1:00am before you get out of customs and all, so the buses will be out. I would just wait until morning and catch the shuttle to Seoul and get the KTX back home if you want to get there earliest. Or just get the bus and sleep on the way home.

Take the KTX from Seoul to Busan at 7:00 am and arrive at 9:37 am.

Take bus or train to Changwon. Take a nap and go to work.

OR

Fly from ICN to Busan/Gimhae airport. There's a 7:25 am flight on Asiana Airlines for $63 at kayak.com. Arrive in Busan/Gimhae at 8:25. Take the bus to Changwon (I think about an hour). Get to your place, nap, and go to work.

OR

If you want to get in 40 minutes earlier, take the Airport Express train to Gimpo airport. Leave ICN at 5:20 and get to Gimpo at about 5:50/5:55. Get the Asiana flight ($62) at 6:50 am and arrive at Busan/Gimhae at 7:45. Get back to your place relatively early (maybe before 10). Take a nap and go to work.

You can also take the airport express like explained above, and then take a direct KTX to Changwon Jungang Station.

There is a train that leaves Seoul Station at 6:35am and gets into Changwon Jungang station at 9:24am.
