I'm going to Canada to apply for a D4 visa. Going to arrive on the 31st, go to Ottawa the next day and apply. However on the 9th I have a flight to go visit my dad as my parents are divorced. Will it be a problem if I have a certified copy of my passport? Where can I get it done? the reason I'm asking is because I have no other picture ID.
And I'm Canadian if it helps.
