|

I currently have an E2 Korean visa. It is valid until February 7th. I am currently in Thailand, trying to forget that I have to go back to Korea.
Now, I need another E2 visa for the upcoming year, as I have a new job with a different employer.
Can I - in fact - renew my current visa instead of going continuing with this endless torment that is an E2 visa application? If so, how? For the love of God, how?? |

Your current visa is still valid? Do you still have your ARC card? If so, it may be possible to side step all of that malarkey.
You need the following things.
1. Letter of Transfer from your old employer
2. Your new contract.
3. Your ARC card.
4. Your passport.
5. 50000? won fee
i. Copy of your degree.
ii. CBC
i&ii may be able to be postponed, there are stories of people been give various amounts of time to get everything in.
6. Once you have all of these you need to bring everything to your new immigration office.
7. All of this needs to be done before your visa and ARC expire. |
