Up for sale is a nice macbook pro bought in Korea, in very good condition. There is very light scratching on the bottom of the notebook from being put in a bag, and taken out, but it's otherwise in great shape, and everything works as it should. Would consider trades for other gear as well, especially iMacs, Mac Minis, and Canon camera gear.

17" LED glossy screen
dual video cards:
1) Main Display - NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics processor; 512MB of GDDR3 memory
2) External Display - NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory
2.66 core 2 duo
4GB 1066mhz ram
320GB HD
around 100 battery cycles (apple rates these batteries for 1000 cycles)
Applecare coverage until June, 2012
original box, Leopard recovery disks, and receipt included

best offer over 1.6 million won
I am in Busan, but willing to travel to Seoul to make the deal on a weekend.

Or an even faster laptop with an i7 for a million less? Oh wait, it doesn't have an Apple on it, that's why...

guys guys guys... read each other's posts before arguing! everybody has a trigger finger on Dave's. I think the 2.2 price is fair considering there is applecare as well. and it's not 700,000 more, it's 800,000 more. That's asking a lot for a faster processor, in my opinion. There is a bigger drive in the new one, but some people don't like intel graphics in a 3,000,000 won machine. The one I have has dual NVIDIA cards.

when will people just give it a rest? if the op doesnt sell it, then he'll either keep it or consider lowering the price.

people have too much time on there hands...

*sigh*

I can't figure out how to say this in a way that is both clarifying and not insulting, so I'll just keep this as basic as possible. You pointed out that you could buy a brand new MBP for 700k more, so why bother buying the used one. I then pointed out that you could buy a brand new Windows laptop for 1000 USD that would blow anything Apple makes (outside of their $5k MacPros - hahaha) completely out of the water.

to the previous poster about the cheaper, 'better' windows machine, I am not going to make this reponse about which is better, because straight hardware comparisons just don't do computers justice. Let's just say if you prefer windows, that's your prerogative. I am not selling a cheaply made, lack-of-quality-control plastic computer, and I will be the first to admit that 3,000,000 won Mac computers aren't for everyone. Somebody out there will recognize this ad for what it is, and make a fair offer. THAT I am sure of.

I have a 2009 15" Macbook Pro (2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo, 4 GB Ram, 250 GB hard drive) and would like to upgrade to a bigger screen. I would like to trade laptops and throw in 600,000 won. I also bought a black Incase Messenger bag for $150 when I bought the laptop. If you want the bag too I will offer 500,00 won in cash (+plus 15" macbook pro and messenger bag).

If interested PM me because I just signed up to this forum and it says I can't PM yet. I am in Daegu.
