The Super Bowl has been televised on regular Korean TV and, with Hines Ward playing, expect Koreans to be mildly interested. That's "football fever" in this part of the world.

I remember that the Japanese channels BS1 and BS2, which are available in Korea on a limited basis, aired the Super Bowl two years ago and who knows, they might this year.

I was thinking SBS Sports (now SBS ESPN) might air the game since Hines Ward is on the Steelers but they didn't air the Super Bowl two years ago when Pitt played St. Louis so oh well.

Yeah, sorry, it was the Pitt-Arizona Super Bowl.

It's hit or miss which bars will show the game because of the time. Sinchon has the expat bars Beer O'Clock and Yaletown but only Yaletown says it'll air the game.
