Hey everyone. Arrived here in Seoul last sunday evening to be thrown to the teaching powers that be. My friends booked a ferry ride to Osaka during the lunar new year that we have off from our schools. I asked my director to put off me handing over my passport to get my ARC card until I got back from Japan over the extended weekend.
My question is, with just my E-2 visa that has multiple entries on it and my passport, will I have any trouble entering Japan or coming back to Korea without having an ARC card yet?
Thanks in advance! |

IF you have a multi-entry visa then you are fine.
If you have a single entry visa (and do NOT have an ARC) you cannot leave without canceling your visa (the act of departing will cancel it).
