Hello!
I've putting my studio for rent.
Studio in a recently-build villa for rent in Gangnam, 5-10 min walk from the Gangnam station line 2, close to the bus lines which will virtually take you anywhere in Seoul . Quite residential area near a small park (kukkiwon taekwondo headquarters).
The studio looks fairely new, with good lightning (big windows) and recent furniture.
The place is fully furnished: table, desk, chairs, couch, closet, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, A/C... You don't need to buy anything!
Kitchen separate. Separate place for laundry/storage. Good quality bathroom (separate shower place). Parking space.
Monthly rent 1.1 M including management fees, internet and furnitures. 20 M (refundable) deposit.
