I'll be in Jeju next week and I'd like to get out on the Olle trails. I know there are almost 20 sections, so I'm wondering if any of you have any recommendations. I'm looking for some nice scenery and preferably something with good bus access. Which sections will have the best scenery this time of year?

Olle trail #1. It's on Udo ("ooo-doe", cow island), just off the east coast, accessible by cheap 15 min. ferry ride. Take a bus from Jeju City to the port village of Seongsanpo. Or hike another part of the trail and rent a quad on Udo to zip around.  It's a good place for that too. |
