sorry, quick question: is it just a matter of selecting the 'fund transfer' option and entering in their account number to pay my various bills? |

you can do it that way or go when the banks open and use the machine. if you use the machine, youll avoid transfer fees |

I do it either way. Although I'd rather go during the day and have the machine scan the bills and deduct it from my account...much easier than entering all those numbers.
@highstreet: All the large banks wave all transfer(domestic) and withdrawal fees if you get your monthly pay directly deposited into your account. The banks won't tell you this information openly. Go in with a Korean friend if need be, and fill out a simple form and when your next monthly pay is deposited, you're all set with the fees. No more withdrawal fees (even using other major banks ATMs) and transfer fees. |
