I'm a US citizen but studied in the UK. Can my UK degree be notarized and apostiled here in the US?
If anyone has experience of a similar situation, please reply. Thank you.
I don't want to be overly pedantic, i'm just concerned about Korean bureaucracy. |

| I don't think you should have a problem, because all those stamps prove is that the document is a genuine copy. What country a document is from is a moot point. |

You should contact the secretary of state in the state you are currently living in and ask them. You can usually find an email addy on their site. They will let you know if they can/will apostille a foreign diploma.
You might also consider contacting the school you went to. They may notarize and send in the copy to whichever area apostilles it in the country they are in for you. With one of my degrees the school gave me instructions on how to do this locally and internationally. They have a standard form so it must be something that is done quite often. |
