Going to Dongducheon to visit a friend. Can anybody please tell me the best way to get to this place from Seoul?

Can I get a bus there from Seoul's express bus terminal? Or is the subway a better option? Also... when do these services start/stop running to and from Dongducheon? (It will be at the weekend)

Finally, if anybody could recommend a good motel around there too, that would be great Smile
